Some Background on How We Do Business
UMGC's Procurement office ensures the university's procurements are conducted in a competitive, fair, and open environment and in full compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations. Public Solicitations
Prospective proposers are instructed to download and review all solicitation documents from or and sign up for a Bid Locker account. Prospective proposers should contact the designated UMGC contact person to have their firm added to the prospective vendor list. Any prospective vendor who fails to do so assumes complete responsibility in the event that they do not receive communications from the Procurement Office prior to the closing date.
Note: The prospective proposer is responsible for downloading the solicitation documents, including any and all addenda and other communications. Addenda may be posted until the closing date of the solicitation.
Proposal submissions for any active procurement opportunities must be submitted through the Bid Locker platform. This search should generate a list of all active UMGC public solicitations. To search inactive UMGC public solicitations, change the聽Status听迟辞听颁濒辞蝉别诲听before generating the search.
Vendors are instructed to download and review all solicitation documents from Bid Locker or eMMA and sign up for a BidLocker. Bid Locker Vendors may contact the UMGC contact person for the solicitation to request their firm be added to the prospective proposer list.
